The Cake

I was pulled to the piano at age three, friends-for-life with it by age four. I was drawn to the cello at age twelve, completely in love with it by age fourteen. Soon after I was expanded and enlightened by University of Denver professor Richard Slavich for several years, then blessed with a full scholarship to the University of Colorado in Boulder where I was further inspired and instructed by Dr. Judith Glyde.

After graduating with degrees in Music Performance and Environmental Design, I spent the next decade working and teaching and performing throughout the Rocky Mountains of Colorado… everything from summer festivals to weddings, elementary schools to patient rooms in hospitals, bars to stages, and backyards to yoga centers.

The Icing

In addition to being totally into that state of bliss that often comes from making music, I also love, and I mean love, snowboarding, kayaking, traveling, raw food, yoga, backpacking adventures, learning something new, dancing and… of course, really yummy (raw) desserts!

A Few Sprinkles

I’ve been honored and blessed with experiences like: being a guest artist with the Sam Houston State University Ballet Company; performing with Yo Yo Ma, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, and the Denver Young Artists Orchestra; offering seminars on leadership, lifestyle wellness and the healing vibrations of music; running a marathon and an ULTRA marathon; and traveling to perform in places like Japan, England, Ecuador, Germany and Austria.
